FormFast Extends Relationship with Centegra Health System to New Huntley, Illinois Location

FormFast Helps Centegra Hospital-Huntley Automate Forms Management Processes

ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, JANUARY 21, 2016 —   FormFast®, the leading provider of electronic forms technology for hospitals, is pleased to announce that Centegra Health System has chosen to extend its relationship with FormFast to its new hospital location in Huntley, Illinois.

Centegra Health System currently has two hospital locations in Illinois – Woodstock and McHenry – that leverage FormFast solutions to complement its McKesson Paragon environment. By enabling the utilization of FormFast’s technology at Centegra Hospital-Huntley, the hospital’s clinical forms will be organized and accessible in an electronic repository, imprinted dynamically for archival and easily printed as needed by clinical staff.

“As we have experienced in our Woodstock and McHenry locations, it is important to have a streamlined and consistent forms management process,” said David Tomlinson, executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief information officer of Centegra Health System. “FormFast has helped us achieve this goal.”

Centegra Hospital-Huntley will implement FormFast’s FastPrint and FormImprint solutions. With FastPrint, Centegra Hospital-Huntley will streamline the registration process as patient information will be easily imprinted onto wristbands and groups of electronic forms (eForms), and then automatically routed to the correct printers. The hospital will use FormImprint to produce patient-specific documentation on demand.

Centegra Hospital-Huntley is currently under construction and is expected to open in summer of 2016.
