Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in UK Introduces FormFast eSignature to Promote Paperless Initiatives

We are happy to announce our partnership with Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. In addition to other health services, Pennine Care delivers community and urgent dental services. In support of their paperless initiatives, Dental services in Bury, Oldham, Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale (HMR) will benefit from FormFast eSignature solution to improve the security and speed of storing patient records.

It means that the most accurate, up-to-date patient information will always be readily available to use, to help deliver quality care efficiently,” said Richard Valle-Jones, Clinical Director of the Dental Directorate with Pennine Care.

With eSignature, patient signatures are captured on a signing device or mobile tablet, and then applied to eForms. The documents are routed directly to the electronic patient record, accelerating the archival process and ensuring compliance. FormFast will integrate with Pennine Care’s health information system (HIS), CareStream.
