“The new system will help us deliver a more consistent forms management process and bring a new level of efficiency to our service. It means that the most accurate, up-to-date patient information will always be readily available to use, to help deliver quality care efficiently,” said Richard Valle-Jones, Clinical Director of the Dental Directorate with Pennine Care.
With eSignature, patient signatures are captured on a signing device or mobile tablet, and then applied to eForms. The documents are routed directly to the electronic patient record, accelerating the archival process and ensuring compliance. FormFast will integrate with Pennine Care’s health information system (HIS), CareStream.
“We are happy to be partnering with an organization on the leading edge of healthcare in the UK. We look forward to helping Pennine Care make strides towards a paperless healthcare environment and deliver a seamless patient and staff experience,” said Randy Campbell, President of FormFast.
